Prize Drawing Rules
The following rules apply for the traditional Chickasaw Annual Meeting prize drawings for the 2021 Virtual Gathering of Our People (a virtual event due to the current pandemic).
- Limit one (1) entry per person, that matches the eligibility requirements below, is included in the prize drawing.
- Purchase or payment will not improve your chances of winning.
- Current employees of the Chickasaw Nation or its subsidiaries are not eligible to win cash prize drawings.
- Only entries from Chickasaw citizens that were not able to register for the Chickasaw Annual Meeting and Festival prize drawings on Oct. 2, 2021 are eligible for this extended drawing.
- To be eligible for the extended cash prize drawings on Oct. 8, 2021, entrants must verify they are:
- 18 years of age or older, AND
- An active Chickasaw citizen, AND
- Not employed by the Chickasaw Nation or its subsidiaries.
- The prize drawing registration deadline is 12 p.m. CDT, Friday, Oct. 8, 2021. Entries received after 12 p.m. on Oct. 8, 2021 will not be eligible to win.
- Entries for the drawing will be validated using the last name, Chickasaw citizenship ID number, date of birth, and/or the last four digits of the Social Security number. These fields must be entered correctly to provide a validated entry to the prize drawing.
- Only entries that are able to be validated will be eligible for inclusion for the prize drawing.
- There will be two (2) drawings for a chance to win $1,000.
- Prize drawing winners will be contacted via phone or email between 12 p.m. CDT and 7 p.m. CDT, Friday, Oct. 8, 2021, to review the prize process and the documentation that must be completed in order to claim selected winning amount.
- The prize drawing winners will be announced at AnnualMeeting.Chickasaw.net by 7:30 p.m. CDT, Friday, Oct. 8, 2021.

- By entering the prize drawing you promise to abide by the Official Rules and decisions of the Chickasaw Nation. The Chickasaw Nation will not be responsible for any injury, damage or loss of any kind arising out of your participation in the prize drawings. You agree to release, discharge and hold harmless the Chickasaw Nation, its affiliates, employees, or agents, from and against all claims, losses or injury resulting from your participation in the prize drawings.
- By entering the prize drawing you consent and agree that Winner names, city and state of residence may be provided or announced to the public. Winners may be required to sign releases or affidavits prior to claiming prizes.
- Any attempt by any person, whether or not an entrant, to deliberately damage, destroy or tamper with any Chickasaw Nation-owned website, application or form, the entry process or otherwise interfere with the legitimate operation of the prize drawing may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and the Chickasaw Nation reserves the right to seek damages and pursue all legal remedies against any such person as permitted by applicable law.
- Sponsorship. The prize drawing is operated by the Chickasaw Nation, a federally recognized and sovereign tribal entity, located at PO Box 1548, Ada, Oklahoma 74821. The Chickasaw Nation shall conduct the prize drawing as substantially described in these Official Rules.
Commemorative Gift Rules
- Only one (1) commemorative T-shirt is sent to each validated entry.
- Being selected as a prize drawing winner does not affect the ability of receiving this item.
- In order to receive your commemorative items, your provided address must be a valid shipping address.
- The Chickasaw Nation is not responsible for undeliverable items due to incorrect shipping address.
